Maybe I have been under a rock for the past few months, but did Scot Project actually produce/remix this tune ?

It's a pretty cheap remix/tune not a fan of it to be honest whoever made it, it certainly does not sound like Scot Project 2007 - perhaps I am wrong somewhere and am picking up the wrong end of the stick.

Never ever seen it before, but have seen it on youtube/torrentz (type it in on google) over the past week and also heard some people talking about it.

Advices please.
