Frank: Sending demo's how should we do it?

Hey Frank

Just was wondering how do A&R people prefer getting demo's these days ? Sholud we still send our demos by CD? or by mp3 ? If so mp3 what bit rate, Should a bio be sent with your demo? What common mistakes do you always pick up on when reciveng demo's. And finaly is it good enough to send a myspace link with the track tittle in brackets for your demo to be heard?

when you send a demo always send it by cd, some ppl are to lazy to download so you won't make a change ;)

i should make a nice letter about yourself including your CV.

make a nice cd cover on it so the ppl who listen to it will get interested at the first time they see it ;)
