Hi guys

I hope you're all well. As some of you are aware of, there has been a rather huge wave of spam across vBulletin boards recently... :(

I therefore had to temporarily deactivate registration for new users as those bots sign up quicker than I can delete the bastards... :mad:

I'm working on a couple solutions - but in the meantime, please keep your eyes open and if you see something that doesn't look quite right, send me a PM or an e-mail to Heinz@ScotProject.com ...

If you're certain that somebody's a spamer, you may also click on «give infraction» under «Infractions» in the user's profile and the user is permanently gone. I'd appreciate if you don't do a clean up among your friends for a laugh though as I'll have to un-ban each one of them individually... ;)

on every post that would be annyoing

on new members i agree, but not the typical "what is this text" - you've gotta use pictographical ones where you say "which of these pictures is a cat" or something like that - no computer can get that!
