if u ask me...dj rankings are not good

bcoz all djs have a different style..if it was a hardtrance/tech dj poll..BANG Scot Project would win it by a mile

rankings are just a popularity contest, i'd rather listen to a quality set or track, rather than one aimed at the masses to earn a few places in the polls

I agree, there just no way to compare all the different DJ's in the world, what exactley is the criteria? the music they play? produce? or how they mix and and get the crowd going? It should just be broken up in to top lists for different genres.

i guess that's why the TA poll would mean more to us than the DJ Magf one, but polls don't mean anything to me, if i like the style a DJ plays i'll listen to his/her sets and go to his/her events, no matter what their "ranking" is

When I first started listening to frank, and going to all the hard trance events across europe, i dont think these shitty Dj lists even existed. I didn't care for them then and i sure as fuck dont care about them now.

You got it spot on. If you like the style you listen you enjoy you trip out. if you dont like the style then find one you like.
